On May 27th, Senator Bernie Sanders endorsed Abraham Aiyash for Michigan State Representative in District 4. Abe served as a surrogate for Sanders during the 2020 primary. Senator Sanders believes Abraham is committed to creating a government that works for all of us and will fight for a progressive agenda. Abraham pledges to fight for progressive policies to help us create a new normal in Lansing. A normal dictated by a politics of possibilities and not the profit of big corporations. A normal where we have racial, social, environmental, and economic justice for all.
